A free community event to celebrate the changing of seasons and bring light into the dark of winter
Service Description
Join us for our 4th annual Lantern Walk! For this magical community event, we come together with our lanterns to shine light and joy into the dark of winter. You can expect simple, Tinkergarten-style play activities before we gather in a circle to put our voices together in some special songs. When it is dark, we then take a short walk around Brookdale Park with our lanterns lighting up the night sky. Please bring your own lanterns (no open flames) for this event. If you do not have a lantern available, check out this DIY activity: https://tinkergarten.com/activities/let-there-be-light This event is free and open to all, but I request that you bring a non-perishable food item that will be included in our donation to the Human Needs Food Pantry.

Cancellation Policy
Our event will be rescheduled in case of inclement weather. In case of change, you will be notified via email no later than 2 hours before the event. If you can no longer attend this event, kindly cancel your registration so that we can have an accurate headcount.
